Refund policy

At Inkloomz, every product is made or selected with care. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Customized products (custom T-shirts, mugs, plates, gifts with user-uploaded images or text) are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

Pre-designed products can be returned only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or wrong item claim
  • Returns without proper proof may not be accepted

3. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacements

  • For damaged or defective items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or valid proof

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be informed after return approval

7. How to Raise a Return Request

Please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or videos of the product
  • Reason for return
