- Customized products: 2–4 business days (made to order).
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Timelines may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD available on selected pin codes.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
- Inkloomz may restrict COD for high-risk orders.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details shared via SMS or email after dispatch.
- Track your order using the provided link.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- Delays due to courier issues, weather, or incorrect address are beyond our control.
- Repeated failed deliveries may lead to cancellation (shipping charges non-refundable).
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all orders.
- Report damage, missing, or wrong items within 48 hours.
- Claims without proof may not be accepted.
